I’m healing from Crohn’s disease, a painful digestive condition. During my flare-ups, there was absolutely nothing I could stomach. Sadly, food became my enemy.
To heal my gut, I started an autoimmune paleo protocol and eliminated practically everything from my diet. My husband Jamie, a passionate culinary artist and health coach, was inspired to create something I could enjoy. We tested recipe after recipe until we created a waffle that is just ✨magical✨!

We launched our business from our own grain-free kitchen. After being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, I had to make serious adjustments to my diet, but I didn't want to give up old favorites or compromise on flavor.
